Paid $3,000 for work that damaged my engine — zero follow-through when confronted I had my 2002 Lexus LX 470 serviced here in April 2025, including a timing belt, water pump, and several other services totaling ~$3,000. Shortly after, I began experiencing random misfires. After months of diagnosis at multiple shops, a mechanic in North Carolina (i live in NC, bought the car in GA and had them do my PPI and initial maintenance before seller shipped) finally identified the cause: the cam gear had been installed off by a tooth, and the crankshaft pulley was improperly secured — damaging the crankshaft key and the crankshaft itself. Correcting their work cost me an additional $2,300. I contacted this shop, spoke with a manager who promised to review everything and follow up. They never did. I called multiple times, left messages, and even texted photos of the damaged parts and the repair invoice to a number they provided. Complete silence. Had these issues gone undiagnosed any longer, the timing belt would have eventually failed on this interference engine, leading to catastrophic engine failure. Valiants is the BEST! They have repaired 2 vehicles for me in the past month and I am pleased to say they’re both running great. Everyone who managed both of my repairs were kind and transparent. I never felt like I was going to be hit with some sort of curveball or hidden fee. If something came up, I was contacted immediately and everything was explained prior to my approval. Seriously one of the best experiences I’ve had since moving to Savannah. Could not recommend them enough!

Good service on my first oil change for my Lexus! Nice desk clerks & walkthrough. Was able to get 50% off so I thank valiants automotive for that. I would give it five stars but the wait time was a little on the longer side as I had an appointment for 8 o’clock, but the job wasn’t done until around 11 with me expecting an 1-1/2 hour wait but other than that great job guys. Will be bringing my car here for now on for future services

This is my second time using Valiants Automotive and I can’t praise them enough. I brought my BMW X5 to them with an alert on the monitor that the oil level was above maximum. Within no time,they realized that the wrong oil was put into the vehicle. They drained the vehicle and replaced it with the correct oil. I waited to post this review. We received the car back around April 14th and haven’t had any more alerts. I highly recommend Valiants Automotive!

Great place! Quotes and communication were very transparent throughout all stages of inspection and service. Took a used car here to get a pre-purchase inspection and they gave great advice and a super detailed quote. Took it in after purchase to get some things fixed and they were very communicative throughout the process. Super friendly and helpful people. They also reset my stereo clock for me which was very considerate! Shoutout to Ethan and K for their work!
